Ches Riley Promoted to Director
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – BlackArch Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Ches Riley has been promoted to Director. Riley is a founding officer of BlackArch with 13 years of experience executing middle-market M&A advisory transactions. He has successfully completed more than 25 sellside and strategic engagements.
Riley has a long history with the leadership of BlackArch Partners. Prior to BlackArch, Riley was a founding shareholder of Edgeview Partners along with BlackArch Managing Directors and founders Drew Quartapella and Matt Salisbury. Earlier, Riley executed transactions with senior bankers of BlackArch while in the M&A group of First Union Securities, formerly Bowles Hollowell Conner. Per Quartapella, “Matt and I have worked with Ches for more than a decade. Over that time he has developed a reputation as a very skilled banker and exceptional client advocate. Riley earned a bachelor of arts degree from Furman University, where he was an all-conference member of the school’s top-20 division one soccer program. He also holds a master of business administration degree from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.
