BlackArch Partners Advises on Sale of Jones & Frank
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – BlackArch Partners is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Jones & Frank, the leading provider of equipment distribution, repair, maintenance and installation services for the fueling infrastructure industry, to MidOcean Partners.
MidOcean is investing alongside the current management team, as well as the former majority owner BB&T Capital Partners. BlackArch was retained to serve as exclusive financial adviser on the sale of the company. The management team, led by CEO Sterling Baker, will continue to direct the business in a partnership with MidOcean to capitalize on a number of attractive growth opportunities.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
