CHARLOTTE, NC – BlackArch Partners (BlackArch) is pleased to announce the sale of Service Radio Rentals/Industrial Blind Solutions (SRR/IBS), a former portfolio company of JMH Capital, to United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE:URI).  United Rentals, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, is the largest equipment rental company in the world, with rental locations in 49 states and every Canadian province.  The transaction was completed on March 1, 2018.

BlackArch was retained by SRR/IBS’ management team and private equity partner, JMH Capital, to serve as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor.  The transaction builds upon BlackArch’s experience and significant momentum in the energy services and rental sectors, representing market-leading businesses.
