Revenew International Acquired by Levine Leichtman

BlackArch was retained by Revenew’s parent, Profit Technologies Corp. of Huntersville, N.C., as exclusive financial advisor on the sale of Revenew.  The company, based in Sugar Land, Texas, focuses on cost recovery solutions through audits of supplier contracts and accounts payable.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
